Our Aim
Our aim is to deliver care which improves the lives of dependent individuals we support and treating them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion. This will be achieved through a number of objectives including –
To promote excellence in service user care and professional care practice through the encouragement, promotion and support of professional development and engagement
To Continue with the practice development, whilst working with our service users their families, and carers, involving them in the decision making about their care and treatment, geared to individual needs, encouraging them to become involved in decisions relating to care delivery.
To always show our service users courtesy and respect irrespective of ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes or the nature of the health problem
To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Service user.
To respond positively to feedback from our service users , their family’s other health and social care professionals and our own staff
